No Refunds — Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to provide an exchange for eligible items.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible.
Custom Items Are Non-Refundable
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at infotcu@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement item or issue store credit (when applicable).
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item, defective item), we will cover the replacement shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at infotcu@yahoo.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it with an exchange at no extra cost to you.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
