All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Orders are shipped or ready for pick-up within 5–7 business days after payment has cleared.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods.
Custom items may require additional production time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard shipping within the United States.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information (if available) will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are for convenience only and may vary.
Tee Cousin Unlimited is not responsible for carrier delays or external factors that affect delivery times.

3. Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available for customers who prefer not to have their order shipped.

Local Pick-Up Details:

Select Local Pick-Up at checkout to avoid shipping fees.
You will receive a text message with the exact pick-up location once your order is ready.
Pick-up instructions, availability, and scheduling details will be included in the message.
Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Tee Cousin Unlimited is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked "delivered" but cannot be located.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
For assistance or documentation regarding your order, you may contact us and we will help however we can.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a valid and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by address errors.
